Mandarin Speaking Sales and Reservations Assistant
Fox Glacier is one of New Zealand’s largest commercially guided glaciers, situated in Glacier Country on the West Coast of the South Island. We pride ourselves in providing awesome experiences such as; guided walks, ice climbing adventures, and Helihikes.
Our Customer Services Team is the first point of contact for our clients and plays an important part in the day to day running of the business, including retail sales, check-ins, and reservations.
The position requires somebody who can work effectively and positively under pressure and is motivated when left without supervision.
The ideal applicant would have:
- Fluent Mandarin and English skills
- Great Customer Service skills
- Enjoys working in a retail environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A cheerful person who works well within a team

We are currently offering a full-time position starting at the end of February 2020. The successful person can expect an hourly rate of $19.50 – $20.50 as well as good incentives and access to regular Glacier trips.
